- Do you want to exercise (structurally) because you want to lose weight, improve your fitness or become physically and mentally stronger?

- Since 2007, we have been helping our clients achieve a fit, toned, slim and strong body and better balance through Personal training at home and outdoors, coaching and FREE lifestyle tips.
- We would like to let you experience that sports can be fun (again) and support you in achieving your health goals.
- We provide training 7 days a week, between 06:30-22:00. At your home or outside at a place near you. For example, in a park or forest or in a field around your corner.
- You can find our trainers in the provinces North Holland, South Holland, Utrecht, Brabant and Gelderland. This includes cities where many expats reside like Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Utrecht and Eindhoven.
How can we help you?
- Convenience. Would you like to be trained at home or enjoy the outdoors at a place near you? And would you like it in the morning, afternoon, evening or just on weekends? We are your Personal trainer where and when you want!
- Sports routine. Because you have a set weekly appointment in your schedule with your trainer and you train at YOUR convenience, you build an exercise routine that fits into your busy life;
- Customization. Your needs, goals and abilities are always our starting point. You are the focus of every workout, training at your own pace and being challenged through varied and goal-oriented workouts every workout. That way, your motivation remains high and you can continue to make progress.
- Professionalism. You will receive professional guidance and personal attention;
- Getting the best out of yourself. The trainer will ensure that you will get everything out of yourself and the workouts. Thus, you will be challenged and slowed down where necessary;
- Accessible. Don't currently have that much fitness? No problem, because you always train at your own pace. We would like to let you experience that sports can be fun (again).
- A 2nd person trains for FREE! A sports buddy can train with us for FREE (handy if you want to cut costs)!
- Customer focus. Because our team consists of more than 100 English speaking personal trainers (both male and female), each with his or her specialty, a very focused approach is possible with us;
- Gift. In addition to the workouts, we'll give you a FREE Lifestyle Workbook as a gift so you can also get started on your nutrition, mindset, exercise, sleep and balance;
- Possibly tax deductible. The cost of our coaching program may possibly be tax deductible for business owners;
- Weekly menus. Customized nutrition plans can be ordered from us starting at only €5.83 per month;
- FREE home training schedules. The app features many workouts. The trainer can also create a personalized training schedule for you at no additional cost. Using 3D videos you will see how to perform the exercise, how often and how hard;
- We are your accountability partner!

Prices
- Strip cards. YourHealth works with strip cards. Prices range between €65 and €85 excluding. VAT per one-hour training session. The exact hourly rate depends on which strip card you choose. For this, the more trainings you purchase, the lower the hourly rate. We offer strip cards starting at 15 sessions.
- Unlimited validity. Our strip cards are valid indefinitely. That way you can feel free to go on vacation or a weekend away without losing workouts.
- 2nd person trains for FREE! A sports buddy may join us for FREE. Useful when you want to cut costs or if you want to work out with your partner at no extra cost!
- Incl. parking and travel costs. Any travel and parking expenses of the trainer are included in the price.
- Possibly tax deductible. Expenses may possibly be tax deductible for business owners.
- Gift. Incl. FREE Lifestyle Workbook.
- Flexible in frequency, day, time and location. With us, you train where, when and how often you want. For example, you could start 2x a week and later scale this down to 1x a week.
- Free intake + trial lesson beforehand. If seriously interested, you will receive a FREE intake with trial lesson. So you can meet your personal trainer beforehand. Is there a click and do you want to start? With us you can often start the same week, welcome!
